This Privacy Policy explains how Vinicius Sucupira ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Action Figure Me at actionfigureme.net (the "Service").

Photo and name. The photo you upload and the name you type to appear on the packaging, used to generate your image.
Payment data. Payment is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. We may receive limited transaction data (such as confirmation that a purchase was completed) so we can unlock generation.
Usage data. Technical information such as IP address and timestamps, used for security and to operate the Service.
2. How Your Photo Is Processed
Your photo and name are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the image you purchased. We use them only to provide the Service, not to train our own models, and we do not keep a permanent library of uploaded photos or generated images after they are returned to you.
3. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service, process your payment, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
4. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, including Brazilian data-protection law, you may have the right to request access to, or deletion of, personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email support@actionfigureme.net.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers to operate the Service: Vercel (hosting), Google Gemini API (image generation), and Paddle (payment processing and merchant of record). Each provider processes information only as needed to provide its service and has its own privacy practices.
