This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Action Figure Me (actionfigureme.net), operated by Vinicius Sucupira. Each generated image costs a one-time fee of USD 2.99.
1. Failed Generations
If your payment is charged but the Service fails to generate an image, or you are charged more than once for the same generation, email us at support@actionfigureme.net and we will issue a full refund.
2. Not Satisfied With the Result
Because each image is generated instantly and personalized to your photo, results can vary. If you are not satisfied with your generated image, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@actionfigureme.net and we will review your request case by case.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@actionfigureme.net with the email address used for your purchase and, if available, the date or receipt of the charge. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record.
